Compatibility is more than a product name. Work through this checklist before ordering.
Operating system
Confirm the exact supported Windows or macOS versions. An application that installs on an unsupported operating system is not necessarily supported by the manufacturer.
Processor and architecture
Check processor-model eligibility and whether the offer supports x64, Arm64, Intel Mac, or Apple silicon. 64-bit alone does not establish full compatibility.
Memory, storage, and firmware
Compare RAM, storage, UEFI, Secure Boot, TPM, graphics, and display requirements. Feature-specific requirements can exceed the published minimum.
Accounts and internet
Identify whether a Microsoft account, organization tenant, internet access, periodic license validation, or cloud service is required.
Language and region
Confirm the supplied language and activation market. A language pack or global manufacturer page does not prove that a reseller SKU is multilingual or region-free.
