Why is customer tenant information required?
Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions are assigned to users in a Microsoft Entra tenant. The existing tenant, customer relationship, domains, current subscriptions, and market eligibility must be checked before provisioning.
Is monthly billing the same as a monthly commitment?
No. A subscription can have an annual term billed monthly. The exact term, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation window, and seat-reduction rules must be stated for the confirmed SKU.
