Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal described below. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LizenzPRO, Süleyman Arslan, Steiglehnerstraße 27, 90491 Nürnberg, Germany, email: info@lizenzpro.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as product keys and software licenses), your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract, provided that you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.

Defective or invalid licenses

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If a license key you received cannot be activated, please contact us with your order number, the exact error message and a screenshot. We will check the case and provide a working replacement or a refund.

Customers outside the European Union

Customers outside the EU are entitled to the consumer rights granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence, in addition to the rights described here where applicable.
