Delivery policy

Digital delivery only

LizenzPRO sells digital software licenses. No physical goods, discs or boxes are shipped, and no shipping costs are charged. If a product ever includes a physical item, this is stated on the product page.

How licenses are delivered

Depending on the product, the license is provided as a product key, as an entitlement linked to your Microsoft account, or, for business subscriptions, through provisioning to your organization's Microsoft tenant. The product page states the delivery method for each offer. Product keys and access information are sent to the email address provided at checkout and, if you have a customer account, can also be shown there.

Delivery time

We process orders as quickly as possible. The expected processing time is stated on the product page. Orders may be delayed if a payment needs to be verified or if information required for provisioning is missing. We do not guarantee instant delivery for every product.

Software download

The software itself is downloaded from Microsoft's official websites. A download or installation medium is not a license. Our Download Center links to the official installers.

Delivery area

We deliver digitally to customers worldwide, subject to the activation region and language stated on the product page.

Delivery problems

If you have not received your license within the stated processing time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@lizenzpro.com with your order number.
