Terms of service

Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed with LizenzPRO, owner Süleyman Arslan, Steiglehnerstraße 27, 90491 Nürnberg, Germany ("we", "us") via lizenzpro.com, by consumers and by business customers. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Products

We sell digital software licenses, in particular for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. The product page states the edition, supported platforms, purchase model, delivery method and, where applicable, the term, the number of devices or users and the activation region. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with Microsoft. The software is downloaded from Microsoft's official websites; a download or installation medium is not a license.

Use of the software is subject to the license terms of the manufacturer (Microsoft Software License Terms), which you accept during installation or activation.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in our store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer by a separate order confirmation or by delivering the license, whichever comes first.

The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you receive the order details by email and can view your orders in your customer account, if you have one.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Where VAT applies, it is included in the price or calculated at checkout, depending on your country. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by the respective payment providers.

5. Delivery

Licenses are delivered digitally as described in our Delivery policy. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and, for business subscriptions, the information required for provisioning.

6. Customer responsibilities

Before purchasing, please check that the product is compatible with your device, operating system, architecture and language, and that you meet the manufacturer's system requirements stated on the product page. You are responsible for keeping product keys confidential.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, which may expire early for digital content. Details are set out in our Right of withdrawal and refunds policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a license cannot be activated for reasons for which we are responsible, we will provide a replacement or, if this is not possible, a refund. For business customers, the warranty period is twelve months from delivery, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, our liability is excluded.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Nürnberg, Germany.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
