At LizenzPRO you receive your software license digitally by email, without shipping costs. Here you find everything about prices, delivery and payment methods.

All prices include statutory VAT and all price components.

Digital delivery by email – free of charge

After your order you receive by email:

Download link for the software
Product key after receipt of payment (login details for accounts)
Step-by-step installation guide
Invoice for your order

Delivery time: around the clock, usually 2 minutes after receipt of payment. In individual cases it can take up to 1 hour, for example if a payment has to be verified. We deliver digitally worldwide; the activation region and language are stated on the product page.

Important for activation

Use the software version we provide or link together with the key you received.
Other versions (e.g. trial or preinstalled versions) can cause activation errors. Uninstall them completely beforehand.
If you have questions, our customer service helps by email or via remote support (TeamViewer).

We offer purchase on account to companies, clubs and associations, universities and educational institutions as well as public authorities. Payment term: 14 days after the invoice date. Requests to info@lizenzpro.com.

If an item you ordered is no longer available, you receive the next higher version or edition at no extra charge; for subscriptions with the same term and number of devices.
